We conducted a number of design concept workshops with the Inform Markets Marketing teams. We also analysed customer data and trends, to create a brand playbook, user personas, customer journey, site architecture and new content model. This deep exercise set the foundations for the wireframes and concepts which translated into clickable prototypes which was later converted to HTML wireframes. We took care of the entire design and branding journey with and delivered an engaging and user friendly, high converting design. We implemented Elastic Site Search which provides the tools Inform Markets needed to build powerful website search for their users. The maintenance-free crawler kept content current, while intuitive customization features and robust analytics provided full control over search relevance. All that, at scale, powered by Elasticsearch Magento Commerce and Adobe helped Inform Markets brand focus on their website experience, with a streamlined customer journey. The VONE team implemented one click commerce checkout which worked seamlessly with the backend ERP platform and security integrations. They also enjoyed minimized cart abandonment on mobile and desktop alike.
